Fix a potential undefined behaviour & improve some codes

- init grabSize
- optimize WcharMbcsConvertor instance set
- remove unused var in TreeView::searchLeafRecusivelyAndBuildTree()
- missing nullpointer check in ScintillaEditView::init()
