Update localization for sudo prompt (en,ru,?hu)

This reflects the prompt behavior change from
a5a1c845dd

Hungarian was not localized originally for this element, so it uses the
En string.

Other localizations are also outdated now:
- fa-Ir
- zh-Hans
- zh-Hant
