注意：`UseIPv4v6` / `ForceIPv4v6` 会使可用的 IP 列表被缩减到仅剩 IPv4，仅查询失败时才会回退查询 IPv6。不推荐这么用。建议使用 UseIP / ForceIP 配合 `HappyEyeballs.interleave`。

使用这个功能时不要使用 `Freedom` 出站的 `domainStrategy`, 这会导致 `Sockopt` 只能看到被替换完毕的 IP.
