+### Automatic Order cancellation
+We cancel all orders matching next criteria. Not related to Reissues
+* Trial order will be suspended/cancelled if validation processed not passed within 30-days
+  * for Comodo/GGSSL Trial orders, you can re-order Trial SSL again for the same CN
+  * for RapidSSL Trial, re-orders for the same CN will be rejected by RapidSSL CA
+* DV certificates will be auto-refunded/cancelled if validation process not passed within 45 days.
+* OV/EV certificates will be auto-refunded/cancelled if validation process not passed within 60 days.
