解决助手程序只有安装后第一次运行时可以保存配置的问题（安装到Program Files目录下，普通用户没有写权限），现在将配置文件移动到%APPDATA%/Roaming/eomsoft/teleport/assist/cfg目录下了，日志文件在%APPDATA%/Roaming/eomsoft/teleport/assist/log目录下。
