Apex Liu 907cb1b9e1 改进： 
1. SSH按通道进行记录录像，避免一个会话多个通道时录像数据混杂导致播放混乱；
  2. 无论是SSH-Shell还是SSH-SFTP，均能够根据实际建立连接并进行操作正确记录其类型，方便界面展示；
  3. 核心模块能够处理连接信息的引用计数，因此SFTP上编辑、保存文件可以正常工作了；
  4. 能够正确处理绝大部分断开连接后状态还在“使用中”的问题，但SecureCRT通过“连接SFTP标签页”后，有时仍然存在此问题。
