助手加入https支持（50022=http，50023=https），实测以https方式访问web时，可以在各种浏览器中与助手进行通讯了（IE/Edge/Chrome/Firefox），目前在Win平台测试通过。

将freerdp启动命令行的 /gdi:sw 固定到助手内部，不允许用户自行设置。如果使用 /gdi:hw 会导致显示不正常。
