Move FreeBSD/DragonflyBSD out of meminfo add kvm. (#547)

* Move FreeBSD/DragonflyBSD out of meminfo add kvm.

This gives us SwapUsed, and everything under one roof.

* Fix typos per review.

* Update to use newer API.

* Remove premature optimization per PR feedback.
