For core controllers, like `Deployment`, `DaemonSet`, `ReplicaSet`, and `StatefulSet`, changing the `DefaultGarbageCollectionPolicy` from `OrphanDependents` to `DeleteDependents` will make these objects consistent with the default behavior for all new objects.
