Automatic merge from submit-queue (batch tested with PRs 42740, 44980, 45039, 41627, 45044) Update kubernetes-e2e charm to use snaps **What this PR does / why we need it**: This updates the kubernetes-e2e charm to use snaps instead of Juju resources for payload delivery.
