Dynamic provisioning is not supported with this feature yet. Action required for existing users of the LocalPersistentVolumes alpha feature: * The VolumeScheduling feature gate also has to be enabled on kube-scheduler and kube-controller-manager. * The NoVolumeNodeConflict predicate has been removed.
