hurf c20ed0344a Enhance shortHumanDuration to handle more situation 
Allow 2 seconds deviation of current time. For time more than 2
seconds from current time, output as '<invalid>'.

hurf 501594f8c7 fix AGE error when resource has no creationTimeStamp 
If the resource doesn't contain creationTimeStamp, report AGE as
unknown. This usually happens when the resouces is created locally
or is not accually created at server side.

Eric Tune 21bbde46d4 Error: kubectl --all-namespaces get {node|ev|cs} 
Report an error if someone asks for --all-namespaces
when getting a thing that is not namespaced.

This is in preparation for a subsequent commit which prints namespace
as its own column.

Restructured test to expect an error for non-namespaced things.
Dropped the part where it was trying to test that not printing
namespace didn't contain namespace.  Some other test can cover that.

Tim Hockin 8ae203825b Implement multi-port endpoints 
Instead of endpoints being a flat list, it is now a list of "subsets"
where each is a struct of {Addresses, Ports}.  To generate the list of
endpoints you need to take union of the Cartesian products of the
subsets.  This is compact in the vast majority of cases, yet still
represents named ports and corner cases (e.g. each pod has a different
port number).

This also stores subsets in a deterministic order (sorted by hash) to
avoid spurious updates and comparison problems.

This is a fully compatible change - old objects and clients will
keepworking as long as they don't need the new functionality.

This is the prep for multi-port Services, which will add API to produce
endpoints in this new structure.

Clayton Coleman 6918a4d32e Replace automatic YAML decoding with opt-in YAML decoding 
Base codecs no longer automically handle YAML.  Instead, clients
must convert to JSON first via yaml.ToJSON and runtime.YAMLDecoder.

Tim Hockin 70ab406751 Use a constant for the pod infra container name 
This is an implementation detail that has leaked out of kubelet.  Use a
constant to prevent divergence, for now.  Plan to get rid of it.

Like Delete, which can now run over multiple types:

    kubectl delete pods,services -l name=foo

Get should be able to span items for label selection

    kubectl get pods,services -l name=foo
