Joe Finney	1bc9980f29	Allow source-controlled Jenkins job configs. ... Job configs are stored in YAML files in hack/jenkins/job-configs in the format used by Jenkins Job Builder. Zach Loafman	ca1753e51f	Initial commit of Jenkins script + README ... And a config description. This doesn't yet have much - first want to make sure I can do the build job.
