Before this patch, the deployment `leak-test` won't be removed
after the following command exits.
kubectl run --image=nginx:alpine --stdin --attach \
--rm --expose --port 80 leak-test -- sh
This patch ensures both the deployment and the service are all removed.

update vendor spf13/cobra to enforce required flags

This patch adds missing value to a format string (%s) in --restart flag
validation for "kubectl run".
"kubectl run --restart=foo" was giving error:
error: invalid restart policy: %!s(MISSING)
Now it says:
error: invalid restart policy: foo

Callers must take a dependency on one or the other set of conversions

Remove duplicate code fixing empty name error
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
Removes two helper functions which have duplicate code; code can be safely added to the calling function. This does add an extra parameter to calls. Since the helpers are file local functions with only two call sites it is trivial to see that this PR maintains current logic.
