Clayton Coleman	64f91f7dac	Allow `kubectl expose` to be polymorphic to the source of the selector ... Allows exposing new resource types to be exposed (OpenShift deployment controllers, copying services, and other resources that will have pod label selectors). Eric Paris	9e9fb9457f	automatically generate man pages for kubectl ... generate man pages for kubectl using the cobra.Command information.
