Davanum Srinivas 30a8a25c9d Do not clobber KUBERNETES_PROVIDER - fix kubeadm/gce log collection 
This gets in the way of correct log collection for at least
the kubeadm/gce jobs. Not sure if this piece of code is needed
any more.

Bowei Du 345c65847f Add KUBE_GCE_ENABLE_IP_ALIASES flag to the cluster turn up scripts. 
KUBE_GCE_ENABLE_IP_ALIASES=true will enable allocation of PodCIDR ips
using the ip alias mechanism rather than using routes.

NODE_IP_RANGE will control the node instance IP cidr
KUBE_GCE_IP_ALIAS_SIZE controls the size of each podCIDR
IP_ALIAS_SUBNETWORK controls the name of the subnet created for the cluster

Madhusudan.C.S 63dfa129f4 Use the e2e zone name as the cluster name. 
This needs a revamp, but for now e2e zone name is used as the
unique cluster identifier in our e2e tests and we will continue
to use that pattern.

Dr. Stefan Schimanski 8a48a74103 Factor out validate-cluster.sh call from kube-up.sh 
Not every cluster can be validated the same way. Factoring out the
validate-cluster call into a kube-util.sh function allows customization.

This allows to proceed with GoogleCloudPlatform/kubernetes#10049 before
the mid/long-term unified cluster validation in GoogleCloudPlatform/kubernetes#11908
is implemented. Otherwise, the later blocks the former.

Karl Isenberg 0229cb01fc Move sourcing of provider-specific util.sh into kube-util.sh 
- kube-util.sh defines default implementations
- provider util.sh overrides the default implementations as desired
- default kube-util functions now print to stderr to avoid affecting
  captured output

The script allows also to push binaries only to the master or specified node.
Added support for released tars.

Introduced new push methods and implemented them for GCE.
