Reduce the minwidth of the cli table printer
For a few columns we want to have a smaller width and 10 is excessive. The example is CPU and memory for nodes.

Add missing error handling in schema-related code

finish new dynamic client and deprecate old dynamic client
Builds on a couple other pulls. This completes the transition to the new dynamic client.
