The registry abstraction is unnecessary and adds direct coupling to the
core types. By using a wrapper, we carry through the default
implementations of the non-mutating operations. The DeleteCollection
method is explicitly patched out since it cannot be correctly
implemented on the storage currently.
As a result, TableConvertor is now exposed.
A few other minor refactorings
* Corrected the case of some variables
* Used functions instead of methods for several helper methods
* Removed the legacy Deleter - service was the only remaining consumer

Fix flaky AdmissionWebhook e2e-crd tests

Don't remove APIService from apiHandlerManager when its Available Conditions is not True
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
I use my own apiserver works together with `kube-apiserver`, i have a custom resource: `databases` and created a `database` named: `db-name-1`.
When this apiserver is down(for example: OOMKilled), `kubectl get databases db-name-1 -v 10` returns `404 NotFound`:

Table printers and server generation should always copy ListMeta
Tables should be a mapping from lists, so if the incoming object has these add them to the table. Paging over server side tables was broken without this. Add tests on the generic creater and on the resttest compatibility.

AdmissionResponse allows mutating webhook to send apiserver a json patch
to mutate the object.
This reflects the imperative nature of AdmissionReview. It adds
AdmissionRequest and AdmissionResponse in place of status/spec.
The AdmissionResponse the allows the mutating webhook
to send back a json path with the mutated version of the requested
object.
Fixed the integration test to clean up properly.
Switched test image to 1.8v5 to reflect API changes.
Make sure to cache test framework client for cleaup test code.

The etcd3 storage now attempts to fill partial pages to prevent clients
having to make more round trips (latency from server to etcd is lower
than client to server). The server makes repeated requests to etcd of
the current page size, then uses the filter function to eliminate any
matches. After this change the apiserver will always return full pages,
but we leave the language in place that clients must tolerate it.
Reduces tail latency of large filtered lists, such as viewing pods
assigned to a node.
Fixes issues/50945.
Issue was caused by another test cleaning up its namespace.
This caused the namespace controller to try to clean up that namespace.
This involves deleting all flunders under that namespace.
However the sample-apiserver was not honoring the namespace filter.
So the flunders for the test would randomly disappear.
Fixed image path to pick up newly built fixes from this PR.
Aggregator e2e test is intermittantly failing on GKE but not GCE.
Adding the following debugging for help trace issue.
Make sure we always use the same rest client.
Randomly generate the flunder resource name to detect parallel tests.
Print endpoints for sample-system in case multiple instances.
Print original and new pods in case the pod has been restarted.
Fixed import list.
Remove rand seed.

Otherwise if multiple initializer controllers sending the patch removing themselves from `pending` at the same time, one of them will get a validation error.

Let controllers ignore initialization timeout when creating pods
Partially address https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/48893#issuecomment-318540129.
This only updates the controllers that create pods with `GenerateName`.
The controllers ignore the timeout error when creating the pods, depending on how the initialization progress:
* If the initialization is successful in less than 5 mins, the controller will observe the creation via the informer. All is good.
* If the initialization fails, server will delete the pod, but the controller won't receive any event. The controller will not create new pod until the Creation expectation expires in 5 min.
* If the initialization takes too long (> 5 mins), the Creation expectation expires and the controller will create extra pods.
I'll send follow-up PRs to fix the latter two cases, e.g., by refactoring the sharedInformer.
Enhance the garbage collector to periodically refresh the resources it
monitors (via discovery) to enable custom resource definition GC.
This implementation caches Unstructured structs for any kinds not
covered by a shared informer. The existing meta-only codec only supports
compiled types; an improved codec which supports arbitrary types could
be introduced to optimize caching to store only metadata for all
non-informer types.
