OpenShift would like to also enable swagger, but we need to register our services as swagger services prior to the SwaggerAPI being started. Eric Paris	a99c3c7963	rename kube server binaries to kube- ... apiserver becomes kube-apiserver controller-manager -> kube-controller-manager scheduler and proxy similarly.
