e2e-node tests may use custom system specs for validating nodes to
conform the specs. The functionality is switched on when the tests
are run with this command:
make SYSTEM_SPEC_NAME=gke test-e2e-node
Currently the command fails with the error:
F1228 16:12:41.568836 34514 e2e_node_suite_test.go:106] Failed to load system spec: open /home/rojkov/go/src/k8s.io/kubernetes/k8s.io/kubernetes/cmd/kubeadm/app/util/system/specs/gke.yaml: no such file or directory
Move the spec file under `test/e2e_node/system/specs` and introduce a single
public constant referring the file to use instead of multiple private constants.
- Move from the old github.com/golang/glog to k8s.io/klog
- klog as explicit InitFlags() so we add them as necessary
- we update the other repositories that we vendor that made a similar
change from glog to klog
* github.com/kubernetes/repo-infra
* k8s.io/gengo/
* k8s.io/kube-openapi/
* github.com/google/cadvisor
- Entirely remove all references to glog
- Fix some tests by explicit InitFlags in their init() methods

Add instance metadata from flag even when using image config.
Also add instance metadata from flag even when we are using image config.
* Sometimes we need to dynamically generate instance metadata, it's troublesome to put them into image config.
* Sometimes we want to apply instance metadata to all images, it's duplicated to add them to each image in the image config.
/assign @yguo0905 Could you help me review this?
Packaged the script as a docker container stored in gcr.io/google-containers
A daemonset deployment is included to make it easy to consume the installer
A cluster e2e has been added to test the installation daemonset along with verifying installation
by using a sample CUDA application.
Node e2e for GPUs updated to avoid running on nodes without GPU devices.

Node E2E: Move host info around test result.
Discussed offline with @yujuhong and @dchen1107. Currently, the node e2e result is organized as:
```
================================================================
Success Finished Host tmp-node-e2e-b6c375c7-e2e-node-containervm-v20160321-image Test Suite
{ginkgo-output}
{framework-error}
================================================================
```
This makes it painful to find which image the test is failing on. The `{ginkgo-output}` is usually quite long, so we have to scroll mouse up and down to find the host name.
This PR changes the test result to:
```
================================================================
Start Host tmp-node-e2e-b6c375c7-e2e-node-containervm-v20160321-image Test Suite
{ginkgo-output}
Success Finished Host tmp-node-e2e-b6c375c7-e2e-node-containervm-v20160321-image Test Suite
{framework-error}
================================================================
```
This is not perfect, but much better than before. We can easily find the host name under the ginkgo test result, like this:
```
================================================================
Start Host test-gci-dev-54-8743-3-0 Test Suite
Running Suite: E2eNode Suite
============================
Random Seed: 1472511489 - Will randomize all specs
Will run 0 of 131 specs
In a following PR, I'll print the test result from different images into different files to make it more clear for debugging. Mark v1.4 because this helps us de-flake test.
