conformace/run_e2e.sh: pass shellcheck and autodetect ginkgo nodes

- for ginkgo parallel mode pass -p to autodetect ginkgo nodes.
- disable parallel mode by default (false).
- use provider "skeleton" instead of "local".
- make run_e2e.sh pass shellcheck.
