Merge pull request #45370 from deads2k/server-23-handlers
Automatic merge from submit-queue refactor names for the apiserver handling chain The names and structure around the handling chain got a bit confused. This simplifies it back out into a single struct with three parts: overall handler, gorestful handler, pathrecording mux and makes the delegate wiring simplerpull/6/head
