Merge pull request #63432 from deads2k/cli-46-printerinterface

Automatic merge from submit-queue (batch tested with PRs 63421, 63432, 63333). If you want to cherry-pick this change to another branch, please follow the instructions here.

slim printer interface down to printing

The printer interface only needs to know how to print. This reduces it's interface to scope it to printing.
