fix (service.sh): ubuntu service.sh 脚本不可用

由于service.sh 脚本依赖外部的函数库 /etc/init.d/functions, 而ubuntu 和其他一起系统并没有这个文件,所以直接把 这个文件copy 到了当前目录下
不在依赖外部环境。
