Fix the problem that the username does not exist when the username does not exist (#4070)

#### What this PR does / why we need it:

Catch UserNotFoundException instead of ExtensionNotFoundException to map correctly to BadCredentialsException.

Fixes https://github.com/halo-dev/halo/issues/4057
