Ryan Wang 69f126efa4 Remove attachment thumbnails modal and related code ... Deleted the AttachmentThumbnailsModal, related components, and composables for managing and displaying attachment thumbnails. Updated AttachmentList and AttachmentDetailModal to remove references to the thumbnails modal and related permissions. Simplified thumbnail display to show only available image thumbnails in the detail modal, and updated i18n files to remove unused thumbnail modal and status translations.
