1. VITE_API_URL：当前 Console 不会考虑独立部署，并且在开发环境是后端 Proxy 的 Console 请求，所以此变量没有任何意义。
2. VITE_BASE_URL：无意义，当前不考虑修改。

1. 勾选记住密码选项后登录
2. 退出浏览器后打开 console 期望依然可以访问而不需要登录
3. 测试修改密码功能，期望修改密码后所有会话需要重新登录包括当前设备和其他设备

布局高度引发页面背景色未完全填充滚动区域的问题；
另外，为了不影响全局 `footer` 置于页面底部，对 `BasicLayout.vue` 容器也添加了最小高度 `100vh`
