chore: regenerate API client (#6229)

#### What type of PR is this?

/area ui
/kind cleanup

#### What this PR does / why we need it:

重新生成 api client,移除无用的文件。并且此 PR 改进了生成的脚本,会在生成前删除旧的 api client 文件,保证不会遗留旧文件。
