重构文章和自定义页面的发布流程。

1. 修改文章、自定义页面标识发布状态的字段名。
2. 修改初始化页面中创建文章和自定义页面的逻辑，取消使用发布接口，改为直接将 `spec.publish` 设置为 `true`
3. 列表支持检测发布状态。
