Henrique Dias 8dc8c74a82 remove revisioning from footer\ ... revisioning on footer was wrong because it would always have one revision less. From now on, it is the user's responsability to know when he have downloaded caddy (if downloaded from caddyserver.com) OR to know which revision he is in (if he built from source).
