Sylvestre Ledru abc55dfb84 Remove patches neurodebian-backport.series, neurodebian_use_python2, saucy-dsc-patch, trusty-dsc-patch, utopic-dsc-patch, wheezy-dsc-patch that are missing from debian/patches/series.

Should resolve inability to restart firewalld (its .service is
left in PartOf) upon upgrades.
