  Add news entry for 0.9.0
  use upstream jail.conf, paths are now defined in paths-debian.conf
  enable systemd integration
  remove /var/lib/fail2ban/fail2ban.sqlite3 when purging
  move renamed conffiles in maintscripts
  refresh patch deb_manpages_reportbug
  remove changeset_d4f6ca4f8531f332bcb7ce3a89102f60afaaa08e.diff, applied upstream
  Update debian packaging to dh compat 9
