use [babel-plugin-component](https://github.com/QingWei-Li/babel-plugin-component)

``` javascript
import Vue from 'vue'

Vue.use(Element)

  Select,
  Button

} from 'element-ui'

Vue.component(Select.name, ElSelect)

```
