Fixed the bug that aria2 downloads faster than
max-download-limit when
downloading file using both HTTP(or FTP) and BitTorrent, because
aria2
evaluates speed separatly(HTTP and BiTorrent) against
max-download-limit
, instead of sum of them.

When there is not enough space in disk when writing a chunk of
data,

DHT is disabled by default. To enable it, give --enable-dht to
aria2c.

firewall configuration can pass through UDP traffic to the port.
The routing table is saved in $HOME/.aria2/dht.dat.
