Implemented checksum validation feature(1 checksum for each
file)
The validation takes place after the download.

Changed CheckIntegrityEntry interface so that it can define
the action when all the chunk checksums are valid.

are valid, then aira2 goes to seeding mode. Sometimes it is

Implemented BitTorrent/http/ftp integrated download.
I've rewritten lots of files and now some headers have forward
class declarations to reduce compile time.
The implementation is extremely alpha stage, I recommend to use this
for testing purpose only.
