Fixed compile error when configured with --disable-metalink.
Also moved test/DownloadHandlerFactoryTest.cc to SRC in
Makefile.am.

Rewritten SharedHandle. Now copy constructor taking raw pointer
has
keyword explicit and SharedHandle's default constructor
initializes
its internal obj to null, old implementation initializes it
using
obj's default constructor.
To assign null, write SharedHandle<T> x(...); x.reset();
TODO: test/SharedHandleTest.cc needs more tests.

Added 'mem' option value for --follow-metalink,
--follow-torrent.
If it is give, metalink/torrent file is not written to the disk,

just is kept in memory. Parsing is occurred on memory.
