Added the ability to stop aria2 itself when given time has
passed
from start. Use --stop option to specify time in minutes.
When 0 is given, this feature is disabled.

I've rewritten lots of files and now some headers have forward
class declarations to reduce compile time.
The implementation is extremely alpha stage, I recommend to use this
for testing purpose only.

60 seconds.
