This commits implements basic downloading feature for sftp URI. This
includes segmented downloads, and connection (sftp session) pooling.
Download via HTTP proxy has not been implemented yet.
Add and use usedCompilerAndPlatform(). This adds compiler information to
INFO logs and the --version output, and may be helpful when trying to
diagnose/reproduce user-reported problems.
Also make INFO logs include usedLibs() output.

Added .cc file for classes/structs that only provided by header
file. Defined non-POD classes' ctor, dtor in .cc file. Moved
implementation code in header file to .cc file for major
classes/strucsts.
Removed SharedHandle::isNull(). Instead we added operator* and
operator unspecified_bool_type. Removed use of WeakHandle and
replaced with raw pointer.
Avoid to calculate end() iterator in each loop. std::deque is
particularly slow. Make sure that recalculate end iterator if
element is erased during loop.
Replaced "" with static const variable A2STR::NIL.
Replaced string comparison against "" with std::string::empty().
Added PROTO_* to Request class and use them as a protocol string
constant.
Made "started", "stopped", "completed" static const variable in
AnnounceList class.
Reorganized version information so that it can be displayed in a
standard terminal screen without scrolling.
Removed http, ftp from Configuration section, because they are
always
enabled.
