Implemented BitTorrent/http/ftp integrated download.
I've rewritten lots of files and now some headers have forward
class declarations to reduce compile time.
The implementation is extremely alpha stage, I recommend to use this
for testing purpose only.

(readFileEntry): Changed its arguments.
(setup): setupDiskWriter is merged into this function.

(setFileFilter): New function.
(readFileEntryFromMetaInfoFile): Updated according to the
changes
made in readFileEntry.
(getFilePath): Removed.
(getTempFilePath): Removed.
(getSegmentFilePath): Updated due to the removal of getFilePath.

(PREF_SHOW_FILES): New definition.
