feat(alist_v3): add IntSlice type for JSON unmarshalling (#9247) 
- Add `IntSlice` type to handle both single int and array in JSON.
- Modify `MeResp` struct to use `IntSlice` for `Role` field.
- Import `encoding/json` for JSON operations.
