* revise shape of kvcache (context attn kernel)

* revise shape of kvcache (flash decoding kernel)

* revise shape of kvcache (kvcache copy) and attn func

* init of kvcache in kvcache manager

* revise llama modeling

* revise block size retrieval

* use torch for rms_norm benchmarking
